Welcome to Parkease Parking Limited ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use our parking booking services, website and related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information necessary to provide and improve our services. The main categories are:

  • Customer service & complaints: records of communications, complaint forms, evidence you provide (photos, documents).
2. How we collect information
  • Directly from you when you make a booking, contact us, or create an account.
3. How we use your information (purposes & legal bases)

We process personal data for legitimate business purposes and to comply with legal obligations:

4. Payments & financial data

We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment providers process payment data under their own privacy policies. By making a payment you agree to the transfer of necessary payment information to our payment partner(s).

  • Law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We require third parties we share your data with to keep it secure and use it only for specified purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Typical retention examples:

  • Booking & payment records: [e.g. 6 years] for accounting and tax compliance.
  • Customer service records: [e.g. 2 years] unless longer retention is required.
7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data (access controls, encryption for data in transit, secure hosting). However no system is wholly secure; if a security incident occurs we will notify affected individuals and authorities where required by law.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally we will apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data where we have no lawful reason to retain it.
